Sleepacta Srl ("we" or "us" or "our") respects the privacy of its users ("user" or "you"). Sleep-wake cycle and sleep apnea analysis data

Sleepacta provides an analysis of the sleep-wake cycle based on an artificial intelligence algorithm (DORMI) that uses personal, timing, and accelerometric data to provide prolonged monitoring of wakefulness and sleep conditions, providing metrics such as total sleep time and sleep regularity index.

In the case of using the sleep apnea screening algorithm (DORMI Apnea), Sleepacta also collects data related to heart rate.

Data collected for these services and/or derived from them are used to improve the services offered.

Personal data

Personal identification information such as name, email address, city of origin, and phone number, demographic information such as age, gender, height, and weight, voluntarily provided by the user when registering on the Platform or choosing to use related services and activities.

You have no obligation to provide us with any personal information, but your refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain features of the Platform.

Derived data

Information that our servers automatically collect when you access the Platform, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and pages viewed before and after accessing the Platform.

Financial data

Financial information, such as data related to your payment method that we may collect when you purchase a service. We only store the type of payment method you use and an anonymous token that technically allows payment to be made.
